DEFINITION OF “USER” OF OUR SERVICES  
You will be considered as “User” of our services in the following situations:
– You have accessed our website for:

•  Reading the content such as Blogs
• Searching our offerings/services
• Enrolling to our offerings/services
• Contacted us for more information
• Accessing the links of our website
• You are responsible for all your activities in connection with the use of the website and Programs. You hereby agree to fully comply with all applicable local, provincial, state, national and foreign laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with such use. You shall not engage in any unethical practices while using the website. You will not directly copy or reframe or reuse the content of the website without our written consent. However, if any such event does take place, Learnovative shall not be liable for any loss of data or if the user's device, computer system or any other property is compromised in any manner or leading to any third party legal issues. You acknowledge and agree that Learnovative has the right to report any and all such suspicious or illegal activities to the appropriate legal or police authorities without notice to you and you will be completely responsible for the consequences.

USER ACCOUNT/REGISTRATION POLICY
In order to participate in some features like quizzes, practice tests, you will need to register for a personal account. Some of the services can be used only after creating a user account on our website. You agree that you will never divulge or share access to your User Account with any third party for any reason. You also agree that you will create, use and/or access only one User Account, and that you will not use any User Account other than your own. Your personal details will be kept confidential and will not be shared to any other third party without taking your consent. However, we take the pictures from the class (in person or live virtual) and we use those photos in social media for promoting our services.

INTELLICTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The term "Content" means any and all information and data, which may include but not be limited to images, text, software, scripts, photos, audio files, videos, logos, offers, advertisements, interactive features and other materials. The offerings/services and related services are owned and operated by Learnovative and its vendor partners who are authorized and approved by Learnovative to sell our courses on their platforms. All Content or other material available on the website or through the Programs, including but not limited to online/live lectures, speeches, video lessons, quizzes, presentation materials, homework assignments, programming assignments, programs, and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video clips are the property of Learnovative and/or its affiliates or vendor partners, and are protected by copyright, patent and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under Indian and foreign laws. Learnovative logos, tagline, trademarks and service marks that may appear on the website and in the materials are the property of Learnovative and are protected under Indian and foreign laws.

Please verify all Content prior to use. In the event you come across any Content that is incorrect, infringing, offensive, indecent or objectionable, please notify us immediately at the email id: contact@learnovative.com.
Learnovative keeps the right of changing, updating the content, layout, formats, structure of the website time to time to improve our services. This will be done without any information to the Users.

PAYMENTS, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Direct Payment to Learnovative: You need to make full payment before joining any of our offerings/services. In some cases, we may give special approval to make partial payment, but the balance amount should be made before the course starts. It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a Program to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the Program elected. The enrolment into any of our offerings/services is non-transferable. The fee of any of the offering/service will have taxes applicable as per government tax guidelines. We provide a wide range of payment options including: NEFT, Credit Card, Digital Payment Gateways. Your enrolment will be confirmed only after we have received the payment for that course.
Payment through Vendor partners: You may also join our courses through any of our authorized vendor partners. In that case you will pay the fee to that partner and not to Learnovative. So any issues with that payment made to the partners, or the receipts etc will have to be directly dealt with that vendor partners. Your enrolment will be confirmed to you by the vendor partner once they receive the payment.

Refund & cancellation: We are open to refund the fee but with some conditions. Refund guidelines are as following:
– 100% refund before one week of the course starting date
– 60% refund before 2 days of the course starting date
– No refund will be provided if you will not attend the course
– If GST amount is already paid, then that amount will not be refunded
– You can reschedule to any future class without any loss of money
– If you partially attend the course, then you cannot get any refund but you can join
any of the future course

NOTE : The Refund amount will be credited to the customer bank account with in 5 – 7 working day’s. 

PRICING DISCLAIMER
For all the offerings/services that Learnovative offers, we keep the right of adjustments of pricing based on several factors including: market, competitors, availability, early bird, trainer’s fee, materials and stationary, certification body fees, advertisement and marketing costs etc. The price you will pay for the course you registered, will be hold good for that course only.
